Yesterday the country was draped in yellow and green, the sound of vuvuzela’s could be heard for miles. The spirit was electric and the men on the pitch made the nation proud! As we held our breath together and screamed cheers of joy when we scored, all South African’s moved as one body.
I have no doubt that throughout the rest of the world cup South African’s well keep wearing their Bafana Bafana shirts and South African supporters memorabilia. We are still the host country and proud of it. This event has brought the whole nation together and there is finally a light shinning its positive energy over us, for the rest of the world to see.
